摘要
数控车床作为现代化的工业生产加工设备,可以提升工业生产效率和加工精度。而数控车工在巧用刀偏技术作业中,切槽加工的工作细节是决定制作零件质量和细节的关键所在。基于此,文章试从加工工作准备阶段、切槽加工的过程、数控车工巧用刀偏切槽加工刀尖车削三个方面展开分析,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。
As a modern industrial production and processing equipment,CNC lathes can improve industrial production eficiency and processing accuracy.In the skillful operation of the tool deflection technology,the working details of the grooving processing are the key to determine the quality and details of the parts.Based on this,this paper tries to analyze three aspects from the preparation stage of machining work,the process of grooving,and the tool tip turning of NC lathe with knife offset grooving,in order to provide reference for relevant staff.
