摘要
员工创新作为企业创新的重要来源,是企业获得竞争优势、实现高质量发展的关键路径。有关如何促进企业员工创新的研究正在得到越来越多的学者重视,其中一个重要的驱动因素便是领导者的特征、行为与风格。近十几年来,国内外关于领导力对员工创新影响的文献不断增长,特别是在对二者关系的内在机制探索上逐渐呈现出多元化发展的态势。为更为全面整合地了解学界对于二者关系的探讨,文章通过对2007—2020年国内期刊发表的202篇相关文献的梳理,总结出学者们探讨领导力影响员工创新的6个主要理论视角,即互动关系视角、内部动机视角、知识管理视角、环境氛围视角、认知加工视角以及情绪情感视角。最后,在总结已有研究视角和成果的基础上,文章提出了未来研究领导力与员工创新关系的可能方向。
As an important source of enterprise innovation,employee innovation is also a critical path for enterprises to gain competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development.Research on factors to stimulate employee innovation is attracting increasing attention.One significant factor is the character,behaviour and style of leader.For decades,literature on the influence of leadership on employee innovation has been growing rapidly.In particular,studies on mechanisms of the relationship between the two have gradually shown a trend of diversified development.To fully understand various discussions on their relationship,by reviewing 202 relevant literature published in domestic journals from 2007 to 2020,this paper summarizes six major theoretical perspectives of this research,namely,interactive relationship perspective,intrinsic motivation perspective,knowledge management perspective,environmental and climate perspective,cognitive processing perspective as well as affective and emotional perspective.Finally,on the basis of summarizing existing research perspectives and results,this paper puts forward possible directions for further studies on the relationship between leadership and employee innovation.
