摘要
目的:探讨虚拟技术联合以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)对耳鼻喉科实习医师学习效果的影响。方法:选取耳鼻喉科实习医师180名,按随机数字表法分为实验1组(采用虚拟技术联合PBL教学)、实验2组(采用单纯PBL教学)、对照组(采用常规教学),各60名。统计3组理论考核成绩与实际操作成绩、岗位胜任力、学习满意度。结果:实验1组理论考核成绩(93.89±4.08)分与实际操作成绩得分(96.32±3.08)分均高于实验2组[(89.91±3.86)分、(92.11±3.54)分]和对照组[(88.53±3.67)分、(90.05±3.29)分](P<0.05);培训后实验1组知识得分[(9.05±0.91)分、技能得分(31.29±2.41)分、特征和品质评分得分(13.35±1.57)]分均高于实验2组[(7.30±1.35)分、(28.14±3.10)分、(11.01±2.02)分]和对照组[(7.15±1.10)分、(27.50±3.05)分、(10.56±1.83)分](P<0.05);实验1组学习满意度评分(96.35±2.34)分高于实验2组的(92.96±3.07)分、对照组的(90.89±2.82)分(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用虚拟技术及PBL教学模式,可有效提升耳鼻喉科实习医师学习效果及岗位胜任力,且其对培训情况满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of virtual technology and PBL combined teaching mode on the learning effect of otolaryngology interns.Methods:180 interns in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group 1(using virtual technology combined with PBL teaching),experimental group 2(using simple PBL teaching)and the control group(using conventional teaching),with 60 interns in each group.The results of the theoretical assessment and practical operation,post competence and learning satisfaction of the three groups were counted.Results The scores of theoretical examination(93.89±4.08)and practical operation(96.32±3.08)in experimental group 1 were higher than those in experimental group 2(89.91±3.86,92.11±3.54)and the control group(88.53±3.67,90.05±3.29)(P<0.05).After training,the scores of knowledge(9.05±0.91),skills(31.29±2.41),characteristics and quality(13.35±1.57)in experimental group 1 were higher than those in experimental group 2(7.30±1.35,28.14±3.10,11.01±2.02)and the control group(7.15±1.10,27.50±3.05,10.56±1.83)(P<0.05).The score of learning satisfaction in experimental group 1(96.35±2.34)was higher than that in experimental group 2(92.96±3.07)and control group(90.89±2.82)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of virtual technology and PBL teaching model can effectively improve the learning effect and job competence of otolaryngology interns,and their satisfaction with the training situation is relatively high.
