摘要
近年来,我国水污染防治形势已经产生了新的变化,总磷成为各个水域的首要污染物。当前,水污染防治工作以改善水质为主,从原来管控化学需氧量和氨氮等常规污染物,发展到管控断面超标因子、多污染因子等污染因素。本文立足于试验研究,分析浊度对钼酸铵分光光度法测定总磷的影响,并根据实际水样测定总磷,比较对比补偿法、过滤法、离心法的使用差异。试验结果表明,三种方法皆可使用,均能满足实验室的质量控制要求。
In recent years,China's water pollution prevention and control situation has undergone new changes,and total phosphorus has become the primary pollutant in various waters.At present,water pollution prevention and control work focuses on improving water quality,from the original control of conventional pollutants such as chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen to the control of pollution factors such as cross-section over-standard factors and multiple pollution factors.Based on experimental research,this paper analyzes the effect of turbidity on the determination of total phosphorus by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry,and determines total phosphorus based on actual water samples,and compares the differences in the use of compensation,filtration and centrifugation.The test results show that all three methods can be used and can meet the quality control requirements of the laboratory.
