摘要
依据总磷的国标测定方法钼酸铵分光光度法测定河流水质,因为消解后水样色度高,会导致测定结果偏高。针对上述问题,在测定河流中总磷时对样品进行色度补偿校正,可以更准确地测定水中的总磷。
The national standard method of testing total phosphorus in water is ammonium molybdate spectropho-tometry （GB 1 1894-89）.But when this method was used to determine the water quality of river,the high chro-maticity color in digestion sample would lead to the abnormally high values.In order to solve the problem,the chrominance compensation correction of the sample could be adopted to ensure the result more accurate.
