Objective:To explore and analyze the detection value of AIDS-related pathogens and serum indicators in male AIDS patients.Methods:80 cases of male homosexual AIDS patients were selected as AIDS group, and 80 cases of males who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as control group. The serum levels of IL-10,TGF-β1,and positive expression of HCV,HBV,and TP antibodies were detected. The proportion of CD 4+CD 28+,CD 4+CD 45 RA+,CD 4+CD 45 RO+,and CD 4+CD 25+cells in the whole blood were detected, and the correlation was analyzed. Results:The serum levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1,and the positive rates of serum HCV,HBV,and TP antibodies in AIDS group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The proportions of CD 4+CD 28+,CD 4+CD 45 RA+,CD 4+CD 45 RO+cells in whole blood of AIDS group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).In AIDS group,Pearson analysis showed that the proportions of CD 4+CD 28+,CD 4+CD 45 RA+,CD 4+CD 45 RO+cells in whole blood were correlated with the levels of serum IL-10,TGF-β1,HCV,HBV,and TP antibodies(P<0.05).Conclusions:Male homosexual AIDS patients mostly show high expression of serum TGF-β1 and IL-10,which are often accompanied by positive expression of HCV,HBV,and TP antibodies, which are closely related to patients’immune function.
