某车型后扭梁安装支架动刚度优化

摘要 车身与底盘连接点是路噪的一个重要传递路径,优化连接点动刚度是降低路噪的一个解决方向。通过CAE方法对比全部连接点加载结果与单独连接点加载结果,确定某车型后扭梁安装点是路噪的最主要传递途径。根据该车型后扭梁安装支架的形式,找到支架的薄弱部位,对3处位置加以改动。CAE计算结果显示,该方案能有效提高该点动刚度值。结合试验测试,进一步验证了优化方案的有效性。此项工作为该车型解决路噪问题提供了方向与数据支撑。 The connection point between vehicle body and chassis is an important transmission path of road noise,and optimizing the dynamic stiffness of connection point is a solution to reduce road noise.By comparing the loading results of all connection points and the loading results of individual connection points through CAE method,it is determined that the installation point of the rear torsional beam of a certain vehicle type is the most important transmission path of road noise.According to the form of the rear torsional beam mounting bracket of this model,the weak parts of the bracket are found and three positions are modified.CAE calculation results show that the scheme can effectively improve the dynamic stiffness value of the point.Combined with experimental tests,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is further verified.This work provides direction and data support for the vehicle to solve the road noise problem.
