摘要
正确厘清旅游科技创新、产业升级与经济增长的关系,是实现我国旅游业供给侧改革及高质量发展面临的核心问题。在对现有文献进行梳理的基础上,为深入探究三者之间的相互作用机制,提出把三者纳入统一框架下研究的总体思路,并利用2008-2017年全国31个省市自治区面板数据,构建面板联立方程模型检验旅游科技创新、产业升级与经济增长之间的相互关系,并引入PSR模型中的空间响应概念,构建旅游经济发展下旅游科技创新及产业升级的响应模型,从静态和动态分析旅游科技创新、产业升级与经济增长之间的影响。研究结果表明:(1)旅游科技创新与产业升级对旅游经济增长的影响系数是积极的,但旅游产业升级对旅游经济增长的影响更大;(2)旅游科技创新、产业升级与旅游经济发展总体协调,但仍有不均匀的省域空间分布和多样化的年际变化等特点;(3)省域旅游发展响应系数的变化反映了我国旅游经济发展的“时间消磨影响”。因此,在全国推行旅游产业高质量发展、构建现代旅游经济体系过程中,既要了解旅游产业发展过程中不协调问题,又要正视旅游科技创新的作用,正确定位区域旅游经济社会的发展方向,而不是盲目追求高新技术产业数量和规模的扩张。
To clarify the relationship between tourism technological innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth is the key issue to realize the supply side reform and high-quality development of China’s tourism industry.On the basis of analyzing the existing literature,in order to further explore the interaction mechanism among the three,this paper puts forward the overall idea of integrating the three into the research under the unified framework,and uses the panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2008 to 2017 to construct the panel simultaneous equation model to examine the interrelationship between tourism technology innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth,and introduces the concept of spatial response in the PSR model to build a response model of tourism technology innovation and industry upgrading under the development of tourism economy,and analyzes the impact of tourism science and technology innovation,industrial upgrading and economic growth from static and dynamic aspects.The results show that:(1)the impact coefficient of tourism science and technology innovation and industry upgrading on tourism economic growth is positive,but the impact of tourism industry upgrading on tourism economic growth is greater;(2)tourism science and technology innovation,industry upgrading and tourism economic development are generally coordinated,but there are still uneven distribution in some provinces and diversified annual changes;(3)The change of the provincial tourism development response coefficient reflects the“time-consuming impact”of China’s tourism economic development.Therefore,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of tourism industry and constructing the modern tourism economic system,we should not only understand the uncoordinated problems in the development process of tourism industry,but also face up to the role of tourism science and technology innovation,correctly position the development direction of regional tourism economy and society,rather t
