摘要
为研究高压旋喷桩处理路基病害的可行性及成桩控制技术参数,开展了控制6级注浆压力、3个俯角以及4级注浆提升速度的12根高压旋喷桩旋喷注浆现场试验。结果发现:旋喷桩的桩长随注浆压力的增大先增大后下降,且桩长变化大小基本与注浆压力增加幅值保持比例关系,而注浆压力的提升整体上有助于桩径的增大;注浆压力对空腔正矢的影响特征因注浆压力的具体大小而异。俯角对成桩截面及桩长形态影响应该综合分析,其中桩长随俯角的增加而减少,但是水平桩径和垂直桩径却同步增大,裂纹的生成与发展受俯角增大而减少和抑制,建议小俯角注浆,并通过二次补浆作业方法保证桩长及桩径质量,而在水平向注浆时应提高注浆设计量或浆液浓度。
In order to evaluate the feasibility of treating roadbed diseases with high-pressure jet grouting piles and the technical parameters of pile-forming control,field tests of 12 high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles were carried out to control the grouting six grades of pressures,three grouting angles and four grouting lifting speeds.Results indicate that the pile length increases first and then decreases with the increase of grouting pressure,the change of pile length is proportional to the increase of grouting pressure.The increase of grouting pressure contributes to the increase of pile diameter as a whole.The influence of grouting pressure on the positive vector of cavity varies with the size of grouting pressure.The influence of pitch angle on pile section and pile length shape should be comprehensively analyzed,the pile length decreases with the increase of the pitch angle,but the horizontal pile diameter and the vertical pile diameter increase simultaneously.The generation and development of cracks are reduced and restrained by the increase of the pitch angle.It is suggested that small pitch angle grouting should be adopted to ensure the quality of pile length and diameter by secondary grouting operation,while the design quantity or grouting concentration should be increased in horizontal grouting.
