摘要
目的构建儿童专科医院专科护士科研能力培训管理模式并评价其管理实施效果。方法 2017年1-12月,采用目的抽样法选取上海市某儿童专科医院62名专科护士为研究对象。成立专科护士管理小组,基于临床护理人员科研能力自评量表调查结果构建有针对性的培训方法。于2017年1-12月对专科组护士进行培训并落实管理,比较培训前后护理人员的科研能力和科研产出情况进行比较。结果专科护士培训和管理方法实施后,护士科研能力有所提升,论文发表和项目立项数有所增加,并且科研任务参与度提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论科研能力培训与管理措施可有效提高专科护士的科研能力,并增加护士科研产出量,可促进儿科专科护士队伍的建设。
Objective To establish and evaluate the management model of scientific research ability training for nurses in children’s hospital.Methods A management group of nursing specialists was set up,and the contents of research ability training were established according to the results of the self-assessment scale of nurses’research ability.The training was implemented from January to December 2017.The research abilities of nurses and the quality of scientific research achievements of nurses before and after training were compared.Results After implementing and managing the nursing specialists’training,nurses’research ability had been improved,the number of published papers and approved projects has increased,and the rate of participation in the research has been increased(all P<0.05).Conclusions The training and management of scientific research ability can effectively improve the research ability of nursing specialists,increase the scientific research output,and promote the growth of pediatric nurses.
