分层次分阶段科研培训提高临床护士的科研能力 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨提高临床护士科研能力的培训方法。方法拟订分层次、分阶段培训计划,并进行自我评价,分别对护士进行科研基本能力、科研实践能力、基金中标能力的培训,统计培训前后论文发表数、课题中标数和出版书籍数等指标。结果69.6%护士认为培训很有必要,17.4%认为有必要;培训后护士的科研基本能力、科研实践能力、基金中标能力均有较大提高;培训后论文发表率由培训前的20.24%升至52.23%,培训前后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);培训后实现主编书籍和省级基金课题中标的零突破。结论分层次、分阶段培训可有效提高临床护士科研能力,促进科研管理规范化。 Objective To explore the methodology in training of the nurses to improve their scientific research capability. Methods A comprehensive, staged training program at different levels was planned for the nurses, who were asked to perform self-rating of the training program. The program focused mainly on training for improving the basic skills, capabilities in research practice and application for grants of research project. Such indices as the rates of paper publication, successful application of research grant, and book publication before and after the training were recorded and compared. Results Of the total nurses participating in the training program, 69.6% considered the training to be of great importance, and 17.4% admitted its necessity. After the training, the nurses reported significant improvement in their capability of scientific research, and the rate of paper publication increased significantly from 20.24% before the training to 52.23 after the training( P 〈0.01) the staff also for the first time had book publication and received provincial grants for science research project. Conclusion Such training program can effectively improve the nurses" scientific research abilities and promote the standardization of nursing scientific research management.
