摘要
目的:构建心理护理质量评价指标体系,评价心理护理后的心理服务质量。方法:以"结构-过程-结果"模型为框架,通过文献回顾、专家会议、Delphi法确定心理护理质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家咨询,2轮专家积极系数分别为97.30%和91.67%,权威系数为0.825,协调系数分别为0.148和0.180(均P<0.01)。构建的心理护理质量评价指标体系包括一级指标3个、二级指标13个、三级指标47个。结论:构建的心理护理质量评价指标体系具有科学性和可行性,可为临床评价心理服务质量提供参考。
Objectives:To construct the Quality Evaluation Index System for Psychological Nursing,in order to evaluate the quality of psychological service after psychological nursing.Methods:With the"structure⁃process⁃result"model as the framework,the Quality Evaluation Index System for Psychological Nursing was formed through literature review,expert meeting and Delphi method.The weights of indicators were determined using analytic hierarchy process.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were 97.30%and 91.67%,respectively.The authority coefficients of experts was 0.825.The values of Kendall's W were 0.148 and 0.180,respectively(all P<0.01).The final Quality Evaluation Index System for Psychological Nursing included 3 first⁃level indicators,13 second⁃level indicators and 47 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion:The established Quality Evaluation Index System for Psychological Nursing was scientific and feasible,which could provide reference for clinical evaluation of psychological service quality.
