摘要
以微波消化蕃茄粉 ,电感耦合等离子体 -原子发射光谱 (ICP- AES)快速测定样品中的 8种微量元素 ,各元素的相对标准偏差均小于 3% ,回收率在 95 .9%— 10 2 .7%之间 ,方法简便、快速 ,准确度高 。
The amounts of 8 microelements in powdered tomato sample were digested with microwave and determined by ICP AES.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is <3.0%,and the recovery is in the range of 95.9%—102.7%.The method is simple,rapid and highly accurate,and the results are satisfactory.
