影响宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的多因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析影响宫腔内人工授精(intrauterine insemination,IUI)成功率的相关影响因素,旨在更好地指导临床工作。方法:总结自2014-01-2015-03 360个人工授精周期的妊娠率,分析影响其成功率的相关临床因素。采用χ2检验进行单因素分析,同时多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果:周期临床妊娠率为12.77%,促排卵周期临床妊娠率高于自然周期,卵泡≥2个较单个卵泡成功率高(OR=0.333,P=0.006),单侧输卵管通畅周期临床妊娠率低于其它周期(P〈0.05)。结论:输卵管因素、治疗方案是影响本中心人工授精妊娠结局的主要因素。 Objective: To analyze the factors affecting clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination in Center of Reproductive Medicine, to guide clinical treatment. Methotis;In the study, 360 intrauterine insemination cycles were retrospectively analyzed from January 2014 to March 2015 in our reproductive center. The data were collected, the single factor was analyzed with X2 test. and the multi factor was analyzed with Logistic regression. Results: The cycle clinical pregnancy rate was 12.77%. In the ovulation group, the clinical pregnancy rate was higher than the natural group. The group with more than 2 dominant follicles had higher clinical pregnancy rate as compared with the single dominant follicle group ( OR = 0. 333, P = 0. 006 ). The pregnancy rate lower than other period clinical unilateral tubal patency period (P 〈0.05 ). The clinical pregnancy rate was no difference in female age. female people, female occupation, infertile duration and cycles of IUI. Conclusion: The tubal factor and treatment plan were the main factors affecting clinical pregnancy outcome.
