摘要
采用阴离子原位聚合的方法制备固体润滑单体浇铸(MC)尼龙材料,考察了不同润滑剂的添加对MC尼龙材料摩擦性和吸水性的影响。选用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉、二硫化钼(MoS_2)、油脂、自制润滑剂(PR)四种润滑剂对MC尼龙进行改性,确定最佳配比,并对其后处理工艺进行研究。结果表明,PR为润滑剂,可显著改善MC尼龙耐磨性,用量为4%时,材料摩擦因数最佳,可达到0.148,吸水率显著降低;采用油煮后处理工艺,可显著改善其摩擦性和吸水性。
In this paper, solid lubricating monomer casting (MC) nylon was prepared by in-situ anionicpolymerization. The effects of different lubricants on friction on the abrasion and water absorption of MC nylonwere studied. Four lubricants including PTFE powder, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) , grease and the self-made lubricant PR were used for MC nylon modified. The best proportion was determined and the post-treatment process was studied. The results show that: PR as the anti-wear agent can significantly improve thewear resistance of MC nylon. When the amount of PR is 4%, the friction coefficient can reach 0. 148 whichis the lowest, and water absorption is lowered significantly. After the MC nylon is boiled in oil, its frictionand absorbency are improved significantly.
