摘要
通过热重分析研究了MC尼龙(单体浇铸尼龙)在空气环境下的热氧降解过程和降解动力学,选用MC尼龙粉粒为样品,应用日本TAS-100型热分析仪,升温速率分别为5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min加热到500℃,得到TG—DTG的数据和曲线。从所得到的结果推断出热氧降解过程中的反应机理是大分子链的无规断裂,反应为一级反应。用小泽丈夫法原理计算相应的反应活化能和反应动力学参数。
By using TG,the processes and kinetics of the thermal degradation of monomer casting nylon 6 in air surroundings have been studied.The sample selected is monomer casting nylon 6 powder made by the institute 53 of WIS and TAS-100 thermal analytical apparatus made in Japan is used. The sample is heated to 500 C with the three rate of upper temperature 5,10,15 C/min. The data and curve of TG-DTG are obtained.The reaction mechanism of the process of thermal degradation is the irregular breaking of polymer chain with a first-order order reaction. According to the T Ozawa principle,parameters of reaction kinetics and activation energy have been calculated.
