摘要
竞技体育后备人才培养是我国"竞技体育强国"建设核心内容,是我国由"体育大国"向"体育强国"迈进的重要保障。研究以我国职业网球运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法对我国网球运动员基本情况以及技术等级晋升状况进行分析。研究我国职业网球运动员发展过程中存在的不足和影响网球运动员晋级的因素,技、战术水平、发展意向、晋级动机、家庭支持情况等成为影响运动员晋级的主要影响因素。依据影响因素分析,提出促进我国网球运动员可持续发展的对策:坚守"契约精神",加强运动员思想教育;控制晋级形式,提升网球核心竞争力;加强文化教育,实现晋级评价体系重塑。
Competitive sports reserve talent training is the core content of China＇s competitive sports power construction,it is an important guarantee for China from sports big country to sports power.Taking professional tennis players in China as the research object,using literature review,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper analyzes the basic situation of China＇s tennis players and technical level of promotion.The purpose is to find out the problems in the development of professional tennis players and the factors that affect the promotion of tennis players,technical and tactical level,development intention,promotion motivation,family support and so on.Based on the analysis of influencing factors,the countermeasures are puts forward to promote the sustainable development of Chinese tennis players：adhere to the ＂ contract spirit＂,strengthen the ideological education of athletes：control the form of promotion,enhance the core competitiveness of the tennis;strengthen cultural education,and achieve promotion evaluation system remodeling.
