摘要
设计并建立了三种型式的缠绕/铺放机主结构模型,重点针对一种典型的缠绕/铺放机的龙门结构进行详细设计、有限元建模与分析。通过Pro/E建立龙门结构的三维模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench中,利用Workbench的强大功能分析龙门结构的静态、模态、谐响应及瞬态特性,得到龙门结构的最大等效应力为9.6277 MPa,前5阶固有频率为11.098 Hz、17.548 Hz、23.404 Hz、55.818 Hz、60.614 Hz,动梁的最大瞬态等效应力为19.261 MPa,验证了龙门结构满足设计要求,为后续的研发设计提供有用的参考。
Three types of winding / placement machine are designed and modeled in this paper. For the gantry structure of one typical winding / placement machine,detailed design and finite element modeling and analysis are carried out. The gantry structure is modeled by Pro / E software,and then imported to ANSYS Workbench. The ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze static,modal,harmonic and transient properties of gantry structure. It is acquired that the biggest equivalent stress of gantry structure is 9. 6277 MPa,the five modal natural frequencies are 11. 098 Hz,17. 548 Hz,23. 404 Hz,55. 818 Hz,60. 614 Hz,and the biggest transient equivalent stress of moving beam is 19. 216 MPa. These results demonstrate that the gantry structure meets the design requirements,and provides useful reference for further design and research.
