摘要 先进复合材料以其轻质高强、可设计性等特点,在航空航天等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文概述了复合材料在航空航天领域用作飞行器结构的发展历程,进而从更高效、可靠及大量应用角度,重点介绍了复合材料结构设计、增强体与基体材料、复合成型工艺及性能检测评价等结构复合材料之四大方面核心技术的研究动向与发展趋势。同时展望了新一代复合材料——碳纳米管复合材料发展及其在航空航天领域的应用前景。 Advanced composite material has been widely used in the aviation and aerospace fields due to its advantages of lightweight,superior mechanical performance and outstanding designability. This paper reviewed the development history of composite materials in the application of aircraft structures. The progress and development trend of four key technologies of advanced composites were discussed,including structural design,raw materials,manufacturing processes,and performance evaluation. In addition,as the new generation materials,carbon nanotube( CNT) reinforced nanocomposite and its potential application in aircrafts,especially CNT assemblies with high CNT content were introduced.
