摘要
补体应答基因32(RGC32)作为一种重要的补体应答基因在多种正常组织及肿瘤中广泛表达,并发现其具有调控细胞周期、促进细胞分化、调节免疫等生物学功能。近年研究结果显示RGC32在不同肿瘤中的表达及作用具有差异性。在结直肠癌、胰腺癌、非小细胞肺癌等多种肿瘤中RGC32具有正向调控作用,然而在神经胶质瘤和少数非小细胞肺癌中则可作为一种肿瘤抑制因子存在。鉴于RGC32在肿瘤中作用的复杂性,本文将对RGC32在不同肿瘤中的作用及可能机制进行综述,旨在为后来研究者提供研究方向。
Response gene to complement-32 (RGC32), an important complement responsive gene, was widely expressed in a variety of normal and tumor tissues. RGC32 plays an important role in cell cycle, cell differentiation, immune and other biological regulations. Recent studies showed that the expression and functions of RGC32 in different tumors are inconsistent. On the one hand, RGC32 has a positive regulatory role in eolorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and non-small cell lung carcinoma. On the other hand, RGC32 can be a tumor suppressor factor in glioma. We will review the function and mechanisms of RGC32 in different tumors, in order to elucidate the complex function of RGC32 in tumor.
