摘要
结合煤炭企业集团的实际情况,提出了企业集团在当前阶段所面临的不同层次、不同性质的财务风险,分析了风险的具体表现、主要成因和影响。同时,站在企业集团战略管理的高度,从企业集团和财务公司两个视角,分别提出当前形势下煤炭企业集团财务风险管控重点、财务公司相应措施,以及企业集团与财务公司双方之间关系管理等方面的必要举措。
Combined with the actual situation of coal enterprise groups, the paper points the financial risks at different levels and with different features faced by enterprise groups in current stage, and analyzes specific manifestations, main causes and main effects of the risks. Meanwhile, from the point of strategic management of enterprise groups, from the different perspectives of enterprise groups and financial companies, the paper discusses the key points for financial risk management and control for coal enterprise groups under current situation, and the necessary measures for management of relation between enterprise groups and financial companies.
