摘要
从职工权益、煤矿安全、职工维权组织、环境保护方面,分析煤炭企业社会责任存在的问题。据此提出了提升经济效益,保护职工健康,提高职工待遇,保护环境,节约资源和维护自然和谐,建立管理机构,完善国有煤炭企业社会责任报告制度等对策。
From the aspects of worker rights and interests, coal mine safety, employee rights protection organizations, environmental protection, the paper analyzes the existing problems of coal enterprise social responsibilities. Then, it puts forward the countermeasures of improving economic benefits, protecting worker health, improving personnel pay and conditions, protecting environment, conserving resources and maintaining nature harmony, establishing the organization and perfecting the system of social responsibility report of state-owned coal enterprises.
