摘要
微信是智能手机中一款非常普及的即时通讯软件,它本身具备的很多功能和特性在实践类医学课程教学中有较大的潜在应用价值。第二军医大学附属长征医院在外科手术基础教学中应用微信辅助教学,突破了传统课堂教学空间和时间的束缚,调动了学生自主学习的积极性,提高了学生实践操作的能力,增强了学生沟通能力及团队协作意识,取得了较好的教学效果。
Wechat,popular instant messaging software in smartphones,has a lot of functions and features,making it have the potential of being widely used in practice-oriented medical course teaching.Our hospital has carried out the practice of Wechat-aided teaching in foundation courses of surgery. It breaks the shackles of the traditional classroom in space and time,mobilizes students ＇ enthusiasm for learning,improves their ability to practice operations,and enhances their communication skills and sense of teamwork,thus achieving better teaching results.
