供精IVF双胎妊娠葡萄胎与胎儿共存一例分析 被引量：1

摘要 1 病例资料 患者女，36岁，孕1产0，因停经12＋1周，胸闷气促1周，加重3d，于2012年8月25日由外院转入。患者结婚10＋年未孕，男方为无精子症，至本院生殖中心行供精体外受精（IVF），末次月经2012年6月3日，给予人工周期替代，于2012年6月17日行冻融胚胎2枚复苏后移植（评分分别为9、10分），常规黄体支持（安琪坦阴道置入），于移植后11d（停经4周）查血人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位（β—hCG）为473．79U／L，移植后18d（停经5周）查血β—hCG 9820U／L，5d后（停经5＋5周）出现少量阴道出血，当地医院超声示双胎，均可见胎芽、胎心。
