摘要
加拿大渥太华大学的医学教育奉行精英培养模式,培养形式多样,课程设置合理、灵活、涵盖范围广,强调了社区医疗服务的同时也涵盖了边远地区的医学教育以及医学继续教育。其医学生培养模式可为我国医学院校的改革及提高医学生的培养质量提供一定的借鉴意义。
The elite training model is employed in the University of Ottawa＇s Faculty of Medicine. It has a variety of medical staff training regimens,a reasonable,flexible,wide-ranging curriculum. The community medical service is emphasized and the distance areas medical education and continuing medical education is also covered. It could serve as a reference model for the reform of the medical university and medical training quality improvement in China.
