摘要
2012年起,我国正式开展临床医学（全科）硕士专业学位研究生的招生培养工作.针对全国36所高校的调查发现,考生对全科医学认可度较低、招生管理方面准备不足、缺乏全科医学硕士指导教师以及培养条件等因素影响了临床医学（全科）硕士专业学位研究生招生录取工作.针对以上问题,建议采取加大宣传力度、完善学科建设、规范管理、健全激励奖励机制等措施吸引更多的优秀的临床医学本科生进入临床医学（全科）硕士专业学位研究生培养渠道.
In 2012,China carried out the work of clinical medicine （General Practice） master enrollment and training.According to the survey of 36 universities across the country,there are some factors impact the enrollment work,including incomplete understand on General Practice （GP） of candidates,inadequate preparation of admissions departments,shortage of GP master adviser and culture conditions of relevant institutions,etc.To solve these problems,we recommended that admissions institutions should make more efforts on propaganda of GP,perfect discipline construction,standardized enrollment management and improve the incentive mechanism to make GP recognized by more and more clinical medical students.
