摘要
刨花板自问世以来,以其价格低、性能稳定等特点为家具和室内装饰行业做出了巨大贡献。但是,当今世界森林资源短缺,木材和能源成本大幅上升,提高木材利用率在人造板生产中显得愈加重要。在人造板逐渐发展和成熟的过程中,人们认识到减轻材料对资源可持续发展和对家具行业的益处。因此,如何减轻板材质量越来越成为家具行业中的重要课题。简要回顾了刨花板及轻质材料的发展历程,重点介绍了几种新型轻质材料的主要特点,并展望了新型轻质人造板的发展前景。
The particle board has made a great contribution to furniture and interior industry since it was invented. Nowadays with the scarcity and increasing price of the world timber resources, improving the utilization rate of wood in the production of wood based panel is absolutely essential. The awareness of the benefits of lightweight materials is growing continuously as the development of particle board. It becomes an important issue that how to reduce materials＇ weight in furniture industry. This article reviews the de- velopment of particle board and lightweight materials, and then the main features of lightweight materials were introduced and its＇ development trend was forecasted.
