摘要
通过自主研制蒸汽喷射成型新工艺技术与试验装备,并成功制造超轻质多孔纤维体。采用SEM和AFM对该纤维成形体的整体结构和微观结构特征进行了的分析,探讨了纤维单元过筛尺寸和材料密度对材料结构的影响,并对纤维表面结构和纤维-树脂微粒-纤维的超微结构进行了深入的研究。
The ultra-low-density porous wood fibrous material was successfully made by the experimental equipments designed and manufactured by ourselves with the forming process of steam injection. The modem analytic techniques including SEM and AFM technologies were applied for the detailed investigations in the whole structure and microstmcture in porous fibrous material. The effects of fiber element size and material density on the material's structures were discussed, and also the ultra-micro stmcture on the surface of fiber and the fiber-resin-fiber were further researched.
