摘要
第二次世界大战结束以来,出现了诸多有利于日本经济高速增长的国际机遇,如冷战和日美安全同盟的建立、布雷顿森林体系与国际经济旧秩序带来的廉价原材料价格、"第三次国际战略机遇期"的出现以及越南战争等。通过有效地把握和利用这些国际机遇,到20世纪七八十年代日本经济顺利实现了和平崛起。
Since the end of World War II there had been many favorable international opportunities to Japan＇s rapid economic growth, such as the Cold War and the establishment of Japan-US security, alliance, the Bretton Woods system and the international economic order to bring the cheap raw materials, ＂Third International strategic opportunity period ＂and the emergence of war in Vietnam. Through the effective use of these international opportunities, the Japanese economy had achieved a peaceful rise smoothly by 1980s.
