利用电子显微分析技术研究了金属 /陶瓷梯度热障涂层中粘结金属的微观组织特征 .试验表明 ,粘结金属呈层状或颗粒状 ,有明显的塑性变形 ,其变形方式主要是位错运动、形变孪晶和生长孪晶 ;
Microstructural characteristics of bond metal in graded thermal barrier coatings was studied by Electron Microscopy. The results showed that microstructures seem ed as splats or particles, that plastic deformation was obvious (The formation main l y included dislocation, deformation twins and growth twins),and that elemental d istribution of bond metal was not homogeneous.
