摘要
近年来,中国对外援助特别是对非洲援助力度的加大以及中国援助模式的成功,引起了欧盟等西方援助国的高度关注。欧盟在批评、指责中国对非援助政策的同时,也开始正视中国在非洲的影响力日益提高的现实,转而寻求加强与中国在国际发展领域尤其是非洲发展问题上的对话与合作。由于欧盟在世界发展援助事务中占据着主导地位,中国在与其开展对话与合作中仍面临巨大的调适压力。
In recent years,China has increased its aid to other developing countries especially to African countries and its aid mode has been proved successful,which has caused high concern of the western donors including the EU.While the EU has criticized China's aid policy towards Africa,it has also come to realize the fact that China's influence in Africa is rising.It has turned to strengthen dialogue and cooperation with China on international development issues especially on African development.Due to the predominant position of the EU in international development affairs,China has to face enormous pressure for adjustment of its aid policy in the process of dialogue and cooperation with the EU.
