摘要
目的:了解海洛因依赖者多药滥用的现状,为加强防治提供科学依据。方法:采用国家药物滥用监测中心设计的2009年版《药物滥用监测表》对我所2010年1～9月新入所的478名强制隔离戒毒人员的一般情况和药物滥用情况以及多药滥用的原因进行调查,对其数据做计数统计分析。结果:478例海洛因依赖者中有312例同时滥用其它药物,占本组总人数的65.27%,涉及被滥用的药物有23种。结论:海洛因依赖者多药滥用,特别是对新型毒品的滥用比较普遍,应引起社会的高度重视。
Objective：To understand the situation of polydrug abuse amongheroin dependent patients and provide scientific data for drug prevention and treatment.Methods：A survey on polydrug abuse was conducted among 478 heroin dependent patients who were enrolled for compulsory isolated treatment from Jan.to Sept.,2010 with the questionnaire designed by National Drug Surveillance Center（2009 edition）,and the data was statistically analyzed.Results：Among 478 heroin dependent patients,312 cases used other drugs at the same time,accounting for 65.27%,involving 23 drugs.Ice was the most popular drug they co-used,accounting for 37.87%;compound diphenoxylate tablet and diazepam accounted for 17.78% and 16.94%,respectively.The main reasons for polydrug abuse were peer influence（32.85%）and seeking for enjoyment and fashion（19.87%）.Conclusion：Polydrug abuse is popular among heroin dependent patients.The drugs they abused are various.Besides ice,uncontrolled prescription and non-prescription medicines are also involved,which should arouse the public attention.
