短时受精对体外受精中多精受精率的影响 被引量:7

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, IVF-ET)技术发展最开始,大多数采用的受精方法是每个卵子加2~5万精子体外培养16~18 h进行受精,即常规的过夜受精法.在20世纪末开始大量报道,采用短时受精(2~4 h)较常规过夜受精可以提高优质胚胎率,从而提高妊娠率[1,2].我中心自2001年IVF-ET助孕采用短时受精,现将短时受精和常规过夜受精两者助孕情况报道如下. Objective: To investigate the effect of short co-incubation of gametes on the outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods: The clinical date of 2,044 IVF-ET cycles with short gamete co-incubation (2 h) in IVF and 274 cycles with conventional overnight co-incubation were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The lower fertilization rate and higher polyspermic fertilization rate were found in the group of short co-incubation of gametes than those in the group of overnight fertilization, and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). No significant difference was found in cleavage rate, high-quality embryo rate, im plantation rate, pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate or ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Short co-incubation of gametes in IVF treatment may increase the polyspermic fertilization rate.
