应用血乳酸对拳击不同训练手段的综合评价 被引量:18

摘要 目的:应用生化指标对参加备战北京奥运会的拳击运动员进行训练监控。方法:以参加备战北京奥运会的6名安徽籍运动员为研究对象,应用血乳酸指标对不同训练手段后的血乳酸值进行监测。结果:1)安静BLA赛前高于训练期(P<0.01);2)折返跑和打手靶后即刻BLA与全国比赛后有显著差异(P<0.05);3)400 m间歇跑、1对1实战、3对1站桩训练后,最高BLA与全国比赛后即刻BLA无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:1)拳击属于以无氧供能为主,兼有氧和混合氧供能为辅的项目;2)400 m间歇跑、1对1实战和3对1站桩是专项对抗能力训练的有效方法;3)折返跑和打手靶对提高专项技术水平具有重要的作用。 Objective:To make training monitor on boxers preparing for Beijing Olympic Games by using the biochemical indexes.Method:Taking 6 Anhui nationality boxers who prepared for Beijing Olympic Games as research object,this paper examined the values of blood lactate after different training method by using the blood lactate index.Result:1) The level of BLA pre-competition is higher than that of training period(P0.01).2) The level of BLA right after shuttle running and striking hand-butts has significant difference comparing with national competition(P0.05).3) The highest level of BLA after 400m interval training,pair teaching match and three boxers alternate attacking one boxer individually has no significant difference comparing with right after national competition(P0.05).Conclusion:1) The energy metabolism of boxing includes two parts:anaerobic energy supply and aerobic energy supply.2) 400m interval training,pair teaching match and three boxers alternate attacking one boxer are effective ways in training capacity of rivalry.3) Shuttle running and striking hand-butts plays an important role in improving the level of boxing skills.
