摘要
目的:研究拳击运动员在几种训练方法后最大血乳酸值,寻找最佳的耐乳酸训练方法,为教练员科学安排训练提供参考。方法:以辽宁省9名男子拳击运动员为研究对象,测试其在6种不同训练手段和全国比赛后的血乳酸值,并以血乳酸值最高的两种训练手段进行8周训练。结果:实战模拟训练后血乳酸与比赛最为接近,而3对1站桩和400m全力跑后血乳酸值高于比赛值;3对1站桩和400m全力跑训练8周后,运动员耐乳酸能力和乳酸消除速度均有提高。
Objective:test the blood lactate after a few training methods to find the best lactic acid-resistant training method in boxing.Method:9 male boxing athletes of Liaoning team are training by 6 methods.The blood lactate is tested after training and a national game.Then train them with the method which is tested the highest lactate. Restlts:the lactate after simulated combat is closest to the lactate in competition ,the lactates after 3 Vs 1 and 400m running are higher than the lactate in competition;after the 3 Vs 1and 400m running training in 8 weeks,the athletes’lactic acid-resistant ability and the lactate elimination rate increase.
