摘要
中药雷公藤及其制剂是一类治疗肾病、类风湿性关节炎、红斑狼疮等难治性疾病的临床有效药物,但其度对雷公藤减毒给予分析。
Traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii and its preparations are clinically effective drugs for treating rheumatoid arthritis,kidney disease,lupus and other refractory diseases.But their toxicity and side effects to reproductive system,gastrointestinal system and immune system,especially the damage to the reproductive system made people very concern about their safety.The author searched and sorted the journal at home and abroad about the compatibility with Tripterygium which aimed to decrease its toxicity.After sorting these literatures I made this review on the research status and from the clinical application in pediatrics and the traditional Chinese medicine compatibility point to analyze the way to attenuate its toxicity.
