摘要
目的观察实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(experimental allergic encephalomyelitis,EAE)大鼠穹窿下器(subfornical organ,SFO)的形态。方法建立大鼠EAE模型,利用透射电镜观察EAE不同时期SFO的形态改变。结果 SFO在EAE发病极期出现脱髓鞘改变。SFO室管膜细胞在发病潜伏期出现胞间连接扩大现象,其他各期少见。本研究发现SFO室管膜下组织与血管之间由完整的隔膜分开。结论 SFO在EAE时发生的改变与临床进展呈一致性,参与脑的免疫调节。隔膜与维持内环境的相对稳定有关。
Objective To observe the morphological changes of the rat subfornical organ in different stages of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE).Methods Rats were actively immunized to induce EAE,and then their subfornical organs were taken out to be observed for morphological changes under the transmission electron microscope.Results The pith sheath sloughed during the critical stage,and the intercellular junction between the ependymal cells was broadened during the preclinical stage of EAE but rarely in other phases in the subfornical organ.There was an integral diaphragm between the infraependymal tissue and blood vessels.Conclusion The morphological changes of the subfornical organ are consistent with progression of EAE and involved in cerebral immunoregulation.The diaphragm may be associated with relative homeostasis.
