摘要
冀东油田勘探开发的主要手段是水平井钻井,为满足水平井钻井、保护油层和保护环境的三重需要,在储层钻进中应用了FLO-PRO无固相钻井液。该体系是一种弱凝胶钻井液,专为水平井的储层保护而设计。介绍了该钻井液的技术特点和现场应用情况,并对其性能进行了评价。在冀东油田陆上油田4个区块的应用表明:FLO-PRO无固相钻井液性能稳定,油层保护效果好,流变性独特,携岩能力强,是适用于水平段钻进的优良钻井液,并且对环境影响小,满足冀东油田环境保护的要求。
A solids-free drilling fluid,FLO-PRO,was used in drilling the horizontal reservoir section in Jidong Oilfield in an effort to protect the reservoir from being damaged.FLO-PRO is a weak-gel drilling fluid specially designed for reservoir drilling in horizontal wells.This paper discusses the technological features and field application of this fluid.FLO-PRO has been used in four onshore blocks in Jidong and the application showed that this fluid had stable performance and rheology.Good cutting carrying made it suitable for horizontal well drilling.Furthermore,FLO-PRO is environmentally friendly.
