摘要
用Ｎｕｌ细胞系Ｒｅｈ细胞免疫ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠，取其脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞系ＮＳ－１融合，运用人肾脏冰冻切片免疫酶染色法进行筛选，获得了一株能稳定分泌ＩｇＧ１亚类抗人普通型急性淋巴母细胞性白血病抗原（ＣＡＬＬＡ）单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系，即Ｗｕ１７４。文中叙述了对单克隆抗体Ｗｕ１７４特异性的鉴定，并对其初步应用价值和抗细胞性单克隆抗体筛选方法的选择进行了讨论。
In this paper,we reported the establishment of a hybridoma cell line Wu174 We immunized a Balb/c mouse with Null cell line Reh cells,and then fused its spleen cells to NS 1 cells We selected positive clones with human renal immunoperoxidase staining and got a hybridoma cell line that stably secreting IgG 1 against CALLA We also reported the determination of its specity and discussed its application possibility In this paper,we also discussed the methodology of establishing McAb secreting cell lines against cellular antigen
