摘要
对两套催化裂化装置补充新鲜催化剂前后三级旋风分离器所回收的催化剂细粉,进行了电子显微照相分析和金属含量、比表面积及微反活性的测定,证实了催化裂化装置在催化剂加入过程中存在热崩现象。在实验室模拟工业装置加新鲜催化剂的环境下,测定了A和B两种催化剂的热崩率,结果表明所测定的催化剂的平均热崩率为10.0%,表观热崩率为8.4%。
It was identified that thermo-collapse occurs when fresh catalysts are added to FCC regenerators by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and of testing the metal contents, specific area and microactivity ( MA ) of the fine catalyst particles from the cyclones of two commercial FCC units. The thermo-collapse rates of the catalysts A and B were determined in laboratory under the conditions similar to those of catalyst addition to an FCC unit. The results showed that the average thermo-collapse rate is 10% and the apparent thermo-collapse rate is 8.4%.
