摘要 在民用铜粉的基础上,通过表面包覆、球磨、分级处理后,得到了粒度与粒度分布、安定性、耐氧化性、分散性、飘浮性能均优越的红外消光铜粉;综合作为干扰材料的消光性能等诸多因素,确定红外干扰剂配方由红外消光铜粉、3μm~8μm的鱗鱗鱗鱗鱗石墨粉、附加组份等材料组成,并得到了它们在红外干扰剂中的最佳配比。消光性能测试结果表明,红外干扰剂对1μm~14μm的红外波段及1.06μm、10.6μm激光均具有良好的衰减效果。 Taking the civil copper powder as basic materials, a kind of infrared extinction copper powder was prepared by surface coated, spherical milling, graded processing, which all particle size and particle distribution, stability, oxidation resistance, dispersion and drifting were very well. The extinction performance and some other factors of interference materials were analyzed. The infrared interference agent of preparation formula was determined and it was composed of infrared extinction copper powder, 3~8μm flaky crystal graphite powder and additional component. The results showed that the infrared interference agent had excellent attenuation performance from infrared bands to 1~14μm and 1.06μm, 10.6μm laser bands.
