摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了纳米TiO2/PANI复合材料,使用XRD、SEM、FT-IR等进行表征并测定了复合材料的电导率和红外消光性能。结果表明:复合材料颗粒小,流散性好,具有较好的红外消光性能。还对复合材料电导率的影响因素及其对红外消光性能的影响进行了初步分析。
“In-stiu”polymerization is carried out in the presence of nanometer titanium dioxide to synthesize TiO2/PANI composite material. The materials is characterized by XRD, SEM ,and FT-IR, Its conductivity and infrared extinction ability are also measured. The experiment results show that the grain of the composite material is very small and it has excellent fluidity and infrared extinction ability. A preliminary discussion on the influence of conductivity and infrared extinction ability is also put forward.
