摘要
综述了超细铜粉表面采取偶联剂、有机酸、有机缓蚀剂以及金属镀覆等表面防氧化处理方法的研究进展,介绍国外新发展起来的表面包覆氧化物法、合金化法等专利技术,并对铜粉氧化及抗氧化作用机理进行了探讨。目前超细铜粉的防氧化表面处理研究的重点,主要围绕新方法、新工艺以及抗氧化作用机理等方面展开,超细铜粉防氧化的长效性和高温耐蚀性已成为未来发展和研究的主攻方向,合金化法可能成为根本解决超细铜粉防氧化问题的最佳方法。
The development of surface treatment for ultrafine copper powder including coupling agents, organic acids, organic oxidation inhibitors and plating metals are reviewed. The patent technologies such as surface plating oxides、alloying are introduced. And the oxidizing and anti-oxidizing mechanisms are discussed in this paper. At present the emphasis of the surface treatment is mainly around new methods、new techniques and anti-oxidizing mechanism. The long-term validity and the corrosion resistance in high temperature will be the mainly developmental research direction, and alloying may be the best process to solve oxidation resistance ultimately.
