摘要
苦瓜富含多种生物活性成分,具有降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗生育、抗氧化、抑菌等作用。综述苦瓜的化学成分、药理作用,介绍了其在食品、医学领域的应用。
There are various biological active components in bitter melon （ Momordica charantia L. ） which have exhibited many kinds of functions, including hypoglycemic, antiviral, antitumor, antifertility, antioxidant, antimicrobial properties and so on. This paper summarizes the research progress in chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of bitter melon and its applications in food and medicine fields are also referred.
