无机膜在高温气体除尘中的试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 用α-Al2O3无机膜,研制了无机膜高温气体除尘的实验装置,并进行了有关的数据测试.结果表明,无机膜分离技术用于高温气体除尘领域是可行的,其总除尘效率大于99.7%,对0.1μm以上粉尘的分级除尘效率为100%.为该领域的深入研究提供了有价值的参考. The device of removing dust in high temperature gas by using α Al2O3 inorganic membrane was pro- posed and some related data were measured. The results showed that inorganic membrane separate technology was available in the field of removing the dust in the high temperature gas. Its cumulative collection efficiency is more than 99.7 % and the fractional collection efficiency can be up to 100 % for the dust particles with diameter of no less than 0.1μm. The results will provide valuable reference for further research in this field.
