摘要
采用高梯度磁分离技术对钢铁工业除尘进行实验研究。通过实验确定了磁分离除尘的工艺条件为:磁场强度为5.2KGs,钢毛填充率为2%,气体流量为12m^3/h。在这些条件下,除尘效率可达98.2%,分级除尘效率达90%以上。
This experimental research is carried out on dust removal of iron and steel industry with high-gradient magnetic separation.The technologic conditions of magnetic separation are decided by experiments.The results shows that the magnetic field intensity is 5.2 KGs,the rate of steel wire filling is 2%,air flow is 12 m^3/h.Total dust removal rate can reach 98.2%,and classification rate can reach more than 90%under these conditions.
