摘要
利用Fluent软件对陶瓷过滤除尘器中的单管过滤过程进行了数值模拟。对陶瓷管采用多孔介质模型,将气相视为连续相,对颗粒相采用DPM模型计算。结果表明,该数学模型具有可行性,管内外压力和速度分布不均匀,两者变化具有一致性。管外气流上升速度增加,使得颗粒在管外的停留时间减小,更快被管壁捕集,而对粒径小的颗粒的停留时间影响较大。
With the use of Fluent CFD software, the filtration process of single tube of the ceramic filter was simu-lated. The ceramic tube was regarded as porous media model, the gas phase was treated as a continuous phase. DPM model was introduced to simulate the particles. The results show that the mathematical model is feasible. A- round the tube, the distribution of pressure and velocity was uneven, the changes had consistency. While the air rising speed outside the tube was increased, the residence time of particles outside the tube was reduced, it meant that the particles were trapped faster by the wall. It has greater impact on the residence time of the small particles.
