摘要
用鸡胚脑神经细胞对1-烯丙基氯-3引起的细胞内游离Ca^(2+)、游离Na~+的变化进行了研究。结果显示,在1-烯丙基氯-3的作用下,神经细胞内游离Ca^(2+)、游离Na~+浓度随毒物浓度的增加而明显增高,呈显著的剂量-效应关系。细胞内游离Na~+的改变在低剂量组无Ca^(2+)变化明显,细胞外高钾能使细胞内游离钙增加,但对细胞内游离Na~+作用不明显。提示1-烯丙基氯-3引起的中毒性周围神经病可能与神经细胞内Na~+、Ca^(2+)增加有关。
The present paper used fluorescence molecular probe Fura- 2 /AM and SBFI/AM, determined the changes of cytosolic ionized calcium ([ Ca2+ ] i) and cytosolic ionized sodium ([ Na+ ] i) in 14 day chicken embryon whole brain nerve cells. The results showed: [ Ca2+] i increased sharply with allyl chloride concentrations increased. The doseresponse relationship was obvious and had definite statistical significance (P<0.01, n= 4) . [Na+] i also added with allyl chloride concentrations increased. The statistical significance had marked difference (P<0.01, n=4) except the low dose of 40.72 mmol/L. The results can reveal that electrophysiological changes caused by allyl chloride may relate with Na+ and Ca2+ increased inside nerve cells.
