摘要
选择NG108-15细胞系,用MTT方法研究1-烯丙基氯-3对神经细胞线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性随毒物浓度的增加而降低,呈明显的剂量-反应关系;琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性与毒物的作用时间有关,与接触1h相比,接触24h后酶的活性明显降低,毒性明显增强。IC_(50)接触1h为186.53mmol/L,接触24h为4.05mmol/L,毒性增加46倍。提示1-烯丙基氯-3对神经细胞线粒体功能有明显的抑制作用。
NG108-15 cell line and MTT method were used to research the activity of mitochondria succinodehydrogenase induced by 3-chloropropene-1.The results showed that the activity of succinodehydrogenase decreased with the increased toxic concentrations, and indicated a markble doserespones relationship;compared with 1 hr exposure,the activity of succinodehydrogenase exposed 24 hr fell sharply, the cytotoxicity increased apparently; the inhibitive concentration (IC_(50)) of 1 hr exposure is 185.53mmol/L, of 24 hr exposure 4.05mmol/L, the toxicity increased about 46 times.The effect can show that 3-chloropropene-1 can inhibit the mitochondria function of nerve cell.
