摘要
以42个高科技企业和科研组织的知识工作团队为研究对象,探讨团队成员整体上表现出的组织公民行为对团队有效性的影响作用。团队有效性包括团队绩效以及团队成员的满意度。研究结果表明,助人行为、维护人际和谐、信息分享这些人际层面的组织公民行为对团队绩效和团队成员的满意度具有积极的影响作用。
In this study, we investigated the relationship between team level Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) aria team effectiveness (team performance and team members' satisfaction). Survey data were collected from 42 knowledge work teams. Results showed that OCB in group domain, including helping, interpersonal harmony, and information sharing, was positively related to team performance (both internal team leader rated and upper-level team supervisor rated) and team members' satisfaction.
